We just love Florida and our house Villa Flamingo – and we hope you do too.
Villa Flamingo is located on a canal in a west facing position with sun on the pool area all day and towards sunset. We have a beautiful large private jetty with space for sun loungers by the canal. With walking distance to restaurants and shopping Villa Flamingo is a perfect house to stay in.
Villla Flamingo is located on a cul-de-sac, only traffic from residents in the area. The neighborhood is considered to be the most attractive area in Cape Coral.
The pool villa has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with 1 king double bed with private bathroom, bedroom no.2 with 2 single beds. Bedroom no. 3 – 1 King double bed. Both guest rooms share a bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with ice maker and microwave. The fridge contains a waterdispenser with fresh water. Washer and dryer are in the house.
Charming Villa Flamingo has an open floor plan with kitchen island, living room with large sliding doors to patio and pool area. On the well-sized patio there is a dining table for 6 people under the roof and space for loungers where you can enjoy the tropical grown garden.
BBQ / barbecue is available on the pool area as well as an additional gas tank in the garage. Enjoy the sunset from the comfortable armchairs on the dock.
Electric heated pool. 4 bikes are in the garage at guests’ disposal.
Cable TV with over 100 channels, Internet / WiFi with broadband connection.
